Farmington, Conn., 18 February 2019 – KBE Building Corporation was named Contractor of the Year by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Connecticut Chapter. The organization recognized KBE with the Merit Cup Award at its 43rd Annual Meeting on January 31 at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville, Conn.
“It’s a true honor to be named Contractor of the Year by CT ABC,” stated KBE President and CEO Michael Kolakowski. “Our success is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our employees and many business partners.”
KBE was also recognized for the firm’s 35 years of membership to ABC CT. “We are proud to be a longtime member of CT ABC, which works hard to recognize those that are continually working towards improving the construction industry,” said Mr. Kolakowski.
Nearly 300 construction professionals attended ABC CT’s Annual Meeting, which featured keynote speaker State Senator Len Fasano. The 2019 Board of Directors and Officers was sworn in during the meeting, and departing Board members were thanked for their support.
